1. What’s the process of customizing my own product?
Drawings, 3D files from customer → communication about details → Order confirmation → Mold design and making → Test and repairing mold → Making sample → Customer confirmation → casting → CNC machining → Surface treatment (optional) → Inspection → Packing → Delivery.
2. How long does it take to receive goods?
The production period depends on the product structure, quantity and other requirements. After communicating with you about the product, we will provide the delivery date in the quotation. Normally, the time to open mold is 15-25 days, and the mass production time is 7-20 days.
